Do you bring everything from A to Z?
Yes, if we agreed on a full bar takeover we are able to offer you a premium package from a rental bar, over cups, ice, a menu and other bar essentials.
Do you provide a Certification of Insurance?
Yes, we provide a COI, free of charge for each event. Please send us specific requirements if necessary. It includes a liquor liability as well.
Do you provide a Liquor License?
Yes, we are able to provide a One Day liquor permit for additional costs to cover the application fee. We need the following information to process the SLA: address of the venue, date, venue manager
Is the liquor in my invoice included?
Usually, it is not included. We are able to provide you with a liquor list specific to your guest count and connect you to our vendor for liquor purchases.
Do provide plastic cups or glassware?
Either option works. We provide premium Tossware which is a non-glass drinkware solution. Each cup looks and feels like real glass and makes the cocktails look great, without any risks for shards.
Do you provide Kosher ingredients?
Yes, all our ingredients are kosher-certified and organic high-quality products.
How many mixologists/ bartenders do I need?
We recommend a 35:1 Ratio to ensure all guests are served in a timely manner.
What is the difference between a mixologist and a bartender?
Our mixologists are able to craft cocktails with various ingredients and create a flavorful balance that is enjoyable for every pallet. Mixologists also create completely unique cocktails based on your preference. Our bartenders serve cocktails from our menu and classic cocktails.
Why do I need a Barback?
Our barbacks are the backbone of every event. They assure a good flow of bar service by constantly restocking the bar with all necessities.
Will the bar be decorated?
The bar will be the eye-catcher of your event by including your color theme and specific requests. also with a menu.
How can I pay for your services?
We accept ACH Wire, Quickpay/ Zelle, Checks, or credit card payments. For more details please reach out to us directly.
Can I pay the bartenders directly?
Please handle all payments through our Sales representative. We will send you a final invoice after your event with payment instructions to finalize payment.
What if my event goes longer than the agreed hours?
Our pricing is based on a 4- hour event and we arrive 2 hours prior for set up. In case your event runs longer than 5 hours we will charge you afterward on your invoice an additional $70 per staff member
